Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Innovation Hub Manager

• Essential: Postgraduate degree in Management / Entrepreneurship / Economics / Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Computer Applications / Social Sciences or allied disciplines from a recognized university / institution with at least 60% marks. Candidates with MBA / PGDM / Master’s degree with at least 60% marks will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in startup incubation / acceleration, entrepreneurship development programs, innovation hubs / MSME support institutions, or startup policy implementation / government projects. Experience in managing teams, programs, and external stakeholders is essential.
• Desirable: Experience working with government missions / funded programs; understanding of startup ecosystems, MSMEs, and incubation processes; strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills; familiarity with J&K startup / MSME context preferred; hands-on experience in program implementation, startup screening and mentoring coordination, event and outreach management; strong documentation, MIS, and reporting abilities; ability to work with startups, students, and government stakeholders; exposure in entrepreneurship, startups, and innovation; good communication and coordination skills; ability to manage startup data, event logistics, outreach and documentation; proficiency in MS Office / digital tools.

Eligibility for Innovation Hub Assistant Manager

• Essential: Postgraduate degree in Management / Entrepreneurship / Economics / Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Computer Applications / Social Sciences or allied disciplines from a recognized university / institution with at least 60% marks OR Graduate degree in Management / Commerce / Economics / Engineering / Technology / Social Sciences or related with at least 60% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in startup incubation / entrepreneurship programs, MSME development projects, training, mentoring, or ecosystem coordination roles.
• Desirable: Understanding of startup ecosystems, MSMEs, and incubation processes; strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills; familiarity with J&K startup / MSME context preferred; hands-on experience in program implementation, startup screening and mentoring coordination, event and outreach management; strong documentation, MIS, and reporting abilities; ability to work with startups, students, and government stakeholders; exposure in entrepreneurship, startups, and innovation; good communication and coordination skills; ability to manage startup data, event logistics, outreach and documentation; proficiency in MS Office / digital tools.

Eligibility for Innovation Hub Associate

• Essential: Postgraduate degree in Management / Entrepreneurship / Economics / Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Computer Applications / Social Sciences or allied disciplines from a recognized university / institution with at least 60% marks OR Graduate degree in Management / Commerce / Economics / Engineering / Technology / Social Sciences or related with at least 60% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience OR Fresh postgraduates with internship / project exposure in startups, incubation centers, NGOs, or development programs.
• Desirable: Understanding of startup ecosystems, MSMEs, and incubation processes; strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills; familiarity with J&K startup / MSME context preferred; hands-on experience in program implementation, startup screening and mentoring coordination, event and outreach management; strong documentation, MIS, and reporting abilities; ability to work with startups, students, and government stakeholders; exposure in entrepreneurship, startups, and innovation; good communication and coordination skills; ability to manage startup data, event logistics, outreach and documentation; proficiency in MS Office / digital tools.
