Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Academic Associate
- Essential:
Post-Graduation in any discipline with one-year experience OR Graduation in any discipline with three years' experience. - Skills Required:
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS-Office, Internet usage, and online meeting tools (like Zoom).
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (as on the date of Notification).
Role & Responsibilities
Selected Academic Associates will be required to perform the following duties:
- Assist faculty members in course design, preparation of reading materials, class handouts, and PPTs.
- Prepare grade sheets and monitor student attendance.
- Perform invigilation duties during examinations and quizzes.
- Aid in class activities and work with Virtual Classroom platforms.
- Support Research Office in conducting conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Provide secretarial assistance to faculty and assist in preparing research reports and case writings.
- Conduct literature surveys and database searches.
- Handle administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Kochi Office.
