Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Essential: Full-time Graduate with first class from a reputed university with 1–4 years of relevant experience in video editing/post-production. Relevant professional/vocational certification or demonstrated proficiency in the audio-video production field is mandatory.
- Software Proficiency (Mandatory): Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Visual Tools (Added Advantage): Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, OBS Studio, or Adobe Audition.
- Desirable: Experience in eLearning projects or editing digital learning/education-sector video content. Working knowledge of instructional design.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Screening: Applications will be scrutinised based on submitted credentials.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview via email. The decision of the Director, IIMK will be final.
