Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Research Assistant:
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Computer Science or MCA from a recognized university/institution.
- Age Limit: Candidates should not exceed 35 years of age as of 28 October 2026 (Notification date).
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in data collection, processing, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain software tools as required for the project.
- Conduct literature reviews and compile reports.
- Support the research team in documentation and presentation of findings.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection will be conducted through a Skill Test / Interview. IIMK will screen the eligible applications, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for the skill test or interview. Time slots for the interview will be communicated via e-mail. Any changes to the interview schedule will be notified through the institute website or by email; candidates are advised to check both regularly. The final decision on selection rests with the Director, IIMK. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the skill test or interview.
Service Conditions
- The post is purely on a contract basis for an initial period of six months.
- Extension of the contract will depend on project requirements and the candidate's performance.
- All certificates and experience will be verified at the time of joining; engagement is contingent on this verification.
