Eligibility Criteria
Domain Expert - Procurement (2 Vacancies)
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, Law, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum three years hands-on experience in procurement, tendering, contract management.
- Skills: Working knowledge of GeM, CPP Portal, NIC e-Procurement. Understanding of GFR, Procurement Manuals, MSME, Make in India.
Consultant (1 Vacancy)
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, ML, Electronics, Electrical, Mathematics, Statistics or related with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum five years professional experience in AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, SLMs or enterprise AI-system development.
- Skills: Hands-on in at least three of: SLM/LLM training, NLP, RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation. Working knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain.
Project Manager (1 Vacancy)
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, AI, Data Science, Electronics, Electrical, Business Administration, Project Management or related with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum ten years experience in managing software, AI/ML, digital transformation, IT projects. Proven experience in at least two end-to-end technology projects.
- Skills: Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall. Experience with Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, Azure DevOps.
Software Quality Assurance Engineer – Automation & API Testing (1 Vacancy)

Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, the sixth member of the IIT fraternity, was established in 1994. The academic programme of IIT Guwahati commenced in 1995. At present the Institute has eleven departments, seven inter-disciplinary academic centres and five schools covering all the major engineering , science, healthcare, management and humanities disciplines, offering B.Tech., B.Des., BSc(Hons), M.Tech., M.Des., M.Sc., MBA, M.A. and Ph.D. programmes. Within a short period of time, IIT Guwahati has been able to build up world class infrastructure for carrying out advanced research and has been equipped with state-of-the-art scientific and engineering instruments. Besides its laurels in teaching and research, IIT Guwahati has been able to fulfil the aspirations of people of the North East region to a great extent since its inception in 1994.
Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati's campus is on a sprawling 285 hectares plot of land on the north bank of the river Brahmaputra around 20 kms from the heart of the city. With the majestic Brahmaputra on one side, and with hills and vast open spaces on others, the campus provides an ideal setting for learning.
