1. Educational Qualification

• M.Tech. in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience; OR
• B.Tech. in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of experience.

2. Mandatory Experience

In addition to the degree, candidates must have experience in:

• Calibration, field testing, and technical report preparation.
• Multi-tasking in selecting and maintaining portable electronic equipment for field measurement.
• Travelling to small hydro project sites in remote areas.
• Coordinating teams of personnel at different levels and with different agencies.
