Eligibility & General Instructions
- Educational Qualification: As specified in the vacancy table. Candidates whose results are awaited for the essential qualification are not eligible to apply.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for PAT/PA posts and 40 years for Senior/Principal PAT posts. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Woman as per CSIR/GoI instructions.
- Tenure: The appointment is co-terminus with the project. The total tenure of project staff in CSIR should not exceed 06 or 07 years in any case.
- Selection: Walk-in-interview. The Selection Committee may adopt its own criteria, which could include an objective test (MCQ) followed by an interview on the same day.
- Documents: Candidates must bring original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies, along with a bio-data affixed with a latest passport-size photograph.
- Reporting Time: Candidates must report for verification of original certificates between 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the day of the interview.
