Educational Qualification: Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering or Agricultural Engineering and M.Tech degree in water resources/soil and water conservation/land and water resource engineering specialization with publications in reputed scientific journals and experiences in handling watershed-scale hydrometeorological monitoring and modeling research projects OR M.Tech degree in water resources/soil and water conservation/land and water resources engineering/allied areas specialization with at least 4 years of relevant field experience in watershed-scale hydrometeorological modeling research and publications in reputed scientific journals.
