Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess one of the following essential qualifications:

• Option 1: Ph.D. or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with a very good academic record.
• Option 2: M.Tech./M.S. or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Option 3: B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc. or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 04 years of post-qualification experience.

Additional Requirements: Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade from graduation onwards, and 55% or equivalent grade in Class 10 and Class 12.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection will be based on shortlisting followed by an interview/test as decided by the Institute. Key conditions include:

• Meeting minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee shortlisting.
• The Institute may apply a higher cutoff level for shortlisting.
• IIT Gandhinagar reserves the right not to call an applicant or not to fill the position without assigning any reason.
