• Essential Qualification & Experience:
  • Option A: Ph.D. or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.
  • Option B: M.Tech./M.S. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in Teaching/Research/Industrial/Design in an organization/Industry of repute.
  • Academic Percentage: Minimum 60% or equivalent grade from graduation onwards, and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Strong project and program management skills, ability to independently drive initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with academic leaders, faculty, students, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, events, logistics, budgets, documentation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with the semiconductor/microelectronics ecosystem or prior experience in managing skill-development, training, or capacity-building programs is an added advantage.
