Indian School Of Mines Invites Application for JRF Recruitment 2022

JRF position under sanction project from IHUB-NTIHAC Foundation IIT Kanpur Applications are invited under the sponsored project. The details of the project are as under:

1. Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

2. Number of Position (s): 01 (One)

3. Title of The Project: Cloud based Smart Video Surveillance System with Application Layer Cyber Physical Systems Security

4. Tenure of Project:

The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project, which was sanctioned for a maximum period of 36 MONTHS and would be continued depending upon the satisfactory performance of the JRF advertised here, as decided by the PI of the project

5. Job Description (in maximum of 100 words): To develop prototype model, and to perform simulation related to the project theme. To write draft reports, manuscripts, patents, etc.

6. Essential Qualification: ME/M.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE with at least 7.00 CGPA or 65% marks, and qualified NET/GATE score.

7. Desirable Qualification: Basic understanding of Image Processing, Machine Learning, and Information Security. The candidate having programming knowledge in MATLAB/Python

8. Fellowship: 31000/- per month for first two years as JRF and 35000/- per month for 3rd year as SRF

9. Scope: Ph.D. registration may be done if (s)he clears the institute selection process

Selection Procedure

Shortlisted candidates will be informed on the date of interview. Mere possession of minimum qualification does not guarantee an invitation to the interview. Candidates will be short listed based on their merit and as per the requirement of the project. The interview will be conducted in online mode.
