Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Essential Qualification

• MA/M.Sc in Population Studies, Public Health, Anthropology, Health Management, Development Studies, Developmental Economics, Psychology, Applied Psychology, or related disciplines.

Desirable Qualifications

• Ph.D. in relevant disciplines.
• Proficiency in English and Bengali.
• Fieldwork experience and experience in qualitative interviews.
• Proficiency in Quantitative and Qualitative Data collection, Management, and Analysis.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork.

Age Limit

• Maximum 35 years as on 3rd November 2027.
• Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Female candidates as per government rules.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on the submitted Google Form and Résumé.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a face-to-face offline interview on 03rd November 2026.
3. Documentation: Selection is subject to document verification at the time of joining.
