Skills / Eligibility
Applications are invited for the following contractual posts under the Project: “Empowering People Against Hepatitis: The Empathy Campaign” 1. Post Name: Finance and Accounts Executive 2. No. of Post: 01 3. Salary: Rs. 50,000/- 4. Qualification: Bachelor degree in commerce from recognized university Min 4 years post qualification experience handling finances/accounts preferably in PSUs/Autonomous/NGOs Computer Skills viz. familiarity with word processing and standard applications Willingness to travel for project activities across India as per project requirements 5. Desirable: MBA (Finance); Experience in projects/organizations related to health sector. Well versed with the procurement process of project materials and GOI, GFR; Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior staff and rest of the project team. 6. Job Description: Under the overall supervision and technical guidance of the nodal officer for the project, the incumbent shall be responsible for: Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records for projects; Responsible for procurement activities of all the project needs as per Organizational norms and provide monthly/regular updates to project team; Preparing and maintaining project agreements and staff contracts; Manage financial control, prepare and analyze budgets, a. develop financial reports, and make recommendations to on budget expenditures; Obtain approvals on all procurements and purchases for the projects; Ensure that all financial reporting is completed on time and submitted to project partners; Oversee the financial audits of the project; Assist the nodal officer for proposal development, project management, logistics, travel and other areas of administration; Perform other duties as assigned by nodal officer

Selection Procedure
1. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview. No TA/DA will be provided for interview
2. In case of adverse report, the selection of the candidate would be null and void.

The Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) is a tertiary care, super-specialty hospital located in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, India. It was established in 2009 by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi as an autonomous institute under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The ILBS is a mono-superspeciality hospital, which means that it provides primarily liver and biliary care. This focus on a single organ system allows the institute to achieve a high degree of expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of liver and biliary diseases
The ILBS has a team of over 1000 doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The doctors are all highly qualified and experienced in liver and biliary diseases. They have received training in some of the best medical institutions in India and abroad.
The ILBS has a state-of-the-art infrastructure. It has a sanctioned capacity of 549 beds, out of which more than 300 are already operational, 4 operation theaters, a 24x7 emergency department, a blood bank, a pathology laboratory, and a radiology department. The hospital also has a dedicated research center.
