Educational Qualification:
Senior Manager: First Class Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ relevant field or Postgraduate degree in Education/ Policy Studies from a reputed University or Institution. Desirable Have handled large-scale Govt. Projects/ Government consulting from the corporate side.
Subject Matter Expert: First Class MA in English and from a reputed University or Institution or equivalent Post Graduate qualification. Desirable MBA/Ph.D. (English) or relevant field.
Consultant: First Class MBA from a reputed institute/university. Desirable Diploma in IT or industry certification.
Associate Consultant: First Class degree in B.A. English/ B.A. Economics /B.Com/B.SC./B.Tech Desirable MBA.
Support Staff: 12th Pass from recognized Board with at least 60% marks. Desirable Graduation in any discipline.
Experience:
Senior Manager: At least 10 years of experience in the field of handling large projects in reputed organizations. Experience in managing/leading at least two large-scale assignments/programs involving strategy development, development of the roadmap, implementation planning, and implementation support in the skilling/education sector. Experience in skill development projects is essential.
Subject Matter Expert: 5-8 years experience in the relevant field.
Consultant: Undergraduate + 05 years of hands-on experience in project management/ consulting Postgraduate + 01 year of experience in project/ consulting domain.
Associate Consultant: 02 years hands-on experience ofsecretarial/computation work/data analysis etc.
Support Staff: 0-1 year experience in support staff.

Age Limit: Below 55 years.
Selection Procedure

The Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) was established in August 2020 by the Government of NCT of Delhi to equip students with world-class skill education to enable access to aspirational jobs and inculcate entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurship. DSEU aims to create a win-win for the youth and the industry by filling the existing gaps in skill training.
Building on the education philosophy of thinkers such as Mahatma Gandhi and Vinoba Bhave, DSEU aims to integrate the use of the hand, head, and heart for balanced living and engagement in lifelong learning. The focus will be on teaching both self-reliance for life-long independence and the wisdom towards nurturing and valuing interdependence.
