Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Graduate Apprentice - Civil, Electrical, S&T: Graduate or equivalent in relevant Engineering/Technology streams.
• Graduate Apprentice - Human Resource: Full‑time BBA from a recognized University.
• Graduate Apprentice - Finance: Full‑time B.Com from a recognized University.
• Graduate Apprentice - Rajbhasha: Full‑time BA (Hindi) from a recognized University.
• Graduate Apprentice - CSR: Full‑time Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from a recognized University.
• Graduate Apprentice - Legal: Full‑time LLB (Bachelor of Law) from a recognized University.
• Graduate Apprentice - Information Technology (IT): Full‑time B.Sc./BCA/B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized University.
• Technician (Diploma) Apprentice - Civil, Electrical: Diploma or equivalent in relevant Engineering/Technology streams.

Age Limit: 18‑30 years as on 01.10.2026 (SC/ST:+5, OBC:+3). Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination on or before 01.10.2026; those passed after 01.07.2023 are eligible.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection will be purely merit‑based. No interview or written test will be conducted. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks obtained in the essential educational qualifications. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

Candidates must follow these steps:

• Register on the NATS Portal and obtain a unique registration number.
• Apply online through the IRCON Career Portal by filling personal, educational and experience details, uploading scanned documents (photo, signature, certificates) and submitting the form.
• Download a printed copy of the submitted application, sign physically at the declaration, and send the signed hard copy along with all required document photocopies to:
