- 03 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a Government recognized Institute
- Degree in Civil Engineering from an Indian University
- AMIE Section (A&B) India
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (as on 1 January 2026)
- Age Relaxation: SC 43, ST-1 43, ST-2 43, RBA 43, ALC/IB 43, EWS 43, OBC 43, Physically Challenged Person 42
- Candidate must be a Domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
