Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Enrollment: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India or concerned State Bar Council.
- Examination: Must have qualified the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
- Experience: Ordinarily 10 years of professional experience in litigation, preferably including Government/PSU/Health matters.
- Standing: Adequate professional standing and infrastructure to handle assigned matters.
