Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Option A: Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 20 years experience in transmission, distribution, and trading of electricity.
• Option B: CA / ICWA / MBA Finance with minimum 20 years experience in accounts and finance in a government department or commercial public undertaking.
• Age Limit: Minimum 45 years and stipulated maximum age of 62 years (as on 01 August 2026).
• The appointed member shall not hold any other office of profit during tenure.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The applications will be scrutinised based on the eligibility criteria and experience. The Nigam reserves the right to reject incomplete applications or applications received in a different format.
