Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Front Office Manager Cum Multi-Tasking-Technical Supervisor: Plus Two / ITI / Equivalent in any discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Minimum 15 years of work experience in a similar field. Must be ready to work beyond office hours and travel to KSRTC units.
• Housekeeping Staff: Must have passed 7th Class. Must know Malayalam language. Must have physical ability for daily cleaning work.
• Security Staff: Men candidates only. Must have passed 7th Class and able to read and write. Preference given to candidates with military or paramilitary service experience (Ex-servicemen, BSF, CRPF, etc.).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting: Applications will be scrutinized based on marks in qualifying examination and/or relevant years of experience.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates must attend an interview held by the selection committee.
3. Document Verification: Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.

Note: KSRTC SWIFT Limited reserves the right to conduct written tests, group discussions, or proficiency tests if the number of applicants is high. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.
