Educational Qualification:
Registrar: A degree in Law of a University recognized by the Bar Council of India or by any State Bar Council for enrolment as an Advocate.

Legal Advisor: A degree in Law of a University recognized by the Bar Council of India or by any State Bar Council for enrolment as an Advocate.

Assistant Registrar: A degree in Law of a University in India recognized by the Bar Council of India or by any State Bar Council for enrolment as an Advocate.

Deputy Director / Superintendent of Police Lokpal: Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.

Deputy Legal Advisor: A degree in Law of a University recognized by the Bar Council of India or by any State Bar Council for enrolment as an Advocate.

Senior Principal Private Secretary:
1. Degree of a recognized University.
2. Proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 110 w.p.m.
3. Knowledge of computer operation with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m. on computer.

Principal Private Secretary:
1. Degree of a recognized University.
2. Proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 110 w.p.m.
3. Knowledge of computer operation with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m. on computer.

Court Master: Degree of Law from a recognised University in India; And proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 110 words per minute, and knowledge of computer operations with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.

Programmer: Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognised University or equivalent; OR Master's degree in Computer Application/ M.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognised University or equivalent; OR B.Sc. in Computer Science / Bachelor in Computer Application with First Class or at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognised University or equivalent.

Inquiry / Investigation Officer Lokpal: Degree in Law from a recognised University.

Public Prosecutor Lokpal: A degree in Law from a recognised University. Seven-years’ experience in the Bar Councils.

Section Officer: Degree of a recognized University.

Private Secretary:
1. Degree of a recognized University.
2. Proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 100 w.p.m.
3. Knowledge of computer operation with typing speed of 45 w.p.m. in computer.

Assistant Section Officer: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent; And Proficiency in computer knowledge as prescribed in Combined Graduate Level Examination or with typing speed of 35 w.p.m.

Personal Assistant:
1. Degree of a recognized University.
2. Proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 100 w.p.m.
3. Knowledge of computer operation with typing speed of 45 w.p.m. in computer.

Technical Assistant: Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science/ Information Technology from a recognised University or equivalent. OR Master's degree in Computer Application/ M.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognised University or equivalent. OR B.Sc. in Computer Science / Bachelor in Computer Application with First Class or at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognised University or equivalent. Degree in Law from a recognised University will be preferred and considered as an additional qualification.

Assistant Inquiry/Investigation Officer Lokpal: Degree in Law from a recognised University.

Pay Level-15 Per Month
