Eligibility for Data Entry Operator (Contract)

  • Essential Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) examination or equivalent from an institution recognized by the state government. Must have passed CPCT (Computer Proficiency Certification Test) conducted by MAP_IT.
  • Other Requirement: Must be a native/original resident of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Age Limit: Minimum 21 years & Maximum 40 years (As on 01-01-2026). Age relaxation is applicable for women belonging to Anusuchit Jati, Anusuchit Janjati, and Other Backward Class (Max 45 years).

Selection Process

Selection will be done on a merit basis. The merit will be calculated based on the marks obtained in the Computer Proficiency section of the CPCT exam. Qualifying in English and Hindi typing in CPCT exam is necessary, although the typing score will not be added to merit.
