Educational Qualification: M.Sc, M.E/M.Tech

Applications are invited for the following positions in the DBT-sponsored project on "DBT-Network Programme on Anthrax Diagnosis and Control in India", sanctioned for three years.

1. Positions: Junior Research Fellow - Two

2. Consolidated Emoluments: 31 ,000 + 16% HRA for first two years; 35,000 + 16% HRA for third year

3. Essential Qualifications: Masters Degree (M.Sc./M.Tech. with at least 55 % marks) in Genomics / Biotechnology / Bioipformatics / Computational Biology / Microbiology / Life Sciences. Qualified in National Exams like IJCG-CSIR- NET/DBT-NET/ICMR-NET/GATE, etc.

4. Desired Qualifications: Experience in Next-Generation Sequencing and data analysis, Linux Operating Systems, Programming skills, and scriptwriting (e.g., Perl, python)
