Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Assistant: Holding analogous posts on regular basis in parent cadre/department, or 3 years regular service in Grade Level-4. Degree from recognised University or equivalent. Knowledge in word processing. 30 wpm English / 25 wpm Hindi typewriting.
- Junior Translation Officer (JTO): Master's Degree in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as main subject at degree level, OR Master's in any subject with Hindi medium and English compulsory, OR Bachelor's with Hindi & English plus diploma/certificate in translation or 2 years translation experience. Knowledge in word processing and Hindi software.
- Stenographer Grade II: Holding analogous posts on regular basis. 100 wpm English Shorthand. 40 wpm English typewriting. Knowledge in word processing.
- Stenographer Grade III: Holding analogous posts on regular basis. 80 wpm English Shorthand and 30 wpm English typewriting. Knowledge in word processing.
- Upper Division Clerk (UDC): Holding analogous posts on regular basis. LDC in Level-2 with 8 years regular service. 30 wpm English typewriting. Knowledge in word processing.
