Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- General Manager (CTTC Kolkata, CTTC Bhubaneswar, CTR Ludhiana): Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent; 15 years experience in Production/Training Department of a Tool Room/reputed Engineering Industry (10 years in responsible technical/management position); Post‑Graduate qualification in Engineering/Technology/Management desirable.
- Principal Director (FFDC Kannauj, CDGI Firozabad, CIHT Jalandhar):
- FFDC/CDGI: Post‑Graduate Degree in Chemistry/ Botany/ Agronomy or degree in Chemical Technology/ Chemical Engg./ Agriculture Engg.; 15 years experience in relevant industrial/ technical/ R&D organization.
- CIHT: Degree in Mechanical/Production Engg. + 15 years experience (10 years in managerial technical position); PG in Engg./Tech./Mgmt desirable.
- Director (CFTI Agra): Degree in Leather Technology/ Chemical Engineering or Polymer Technology with 7 years experience (or Diploma in Leather/Footwear Technology with 12 years experience); Desirable: Post‑Graduate Diploma in Business Management; Experience in teaching/training.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection will be made through a direct interview of the eligible candidates. Candidates who are in Government Service must produce a No‑Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid to the interviewees.
