Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Catering Officer: Recognized Degree + Diploma in Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (ICTAN Mumbai) + 3 years experience.
- Senior Welfare Officer: Recognized Degree + Degree/Diploma in Social Science + 5 years experience as Labour Welfare Officer + Knowledge of Marathi.
- Deputy Manager (Welfare): Recognized Degree + Degree/Diploma in Social Science + 9 years experience as Labour Welfare Officer + Knowledge of Marathi.
- Deputy Director: Degree in Economics/Statistics/Mathematics + 5 years executive experience in data analysis/surveys.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection will be through a Competitive Written Examination and/or Personal Interview. The administration reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates called based on response. Selected candidates must undergo a medical examination at the MbPA hospital. TA/DA will not be paid except for SC/ST candidates called for written test/interview (admissible on production of original ticket).
