- Experience: Must be a superannuated, retired, or VRS opted officer who held the Grade/Scale of Assistant General Manager (AGM) and above in any Public Sector Bank.
- Specialization: Must possess knowledge of Labour Laws, Human Resources (HR), Industrial Relations (IR) issues, Organizational Policies, and People Management.
- Age Limit: Minimum 50 years and maximum 65 years as on 31 October 2026.
