Educational Qualification: M.Sc

Subject: Synthesis Of Direct-Bandgap NIR Semiconductors And Their Targeted Applications In Optoelectronic Device Development.

4. Qualification: Master's Degree in Chemistry or Physics from a recognized University or equivalent with 55% marks.

5. Desirable:

a) Qualified in CSIR-NET, GATE or equivalent national level entrance examination.

b) Experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations.

6. Job requirement: Wet-chemical synthesis and characterization of met and semiconductor nanomaterials, Solar cell device fabrication and characterization

7. Consolidated emoluments per month:

(i) 31000/- + HRA to Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship(Assistant Professorship) or GATI or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.

(ii) 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not

Selection Procedure

1. The candidates recommended by the Screening Committee to be called for interview would be notified on the website as well as divisional Notice Board on 23/03/2022 or the candidates may ascertain the information by Arup Rath email ld [email protected]

2. Shortlisted will be to before the Selection Committee an online interview. For online interview URL link will be provided to candidate later via email on or before 23/03/2022

3. Interview will be conducted on 24/03/2022 from 10:00 AM online through a suitable medium such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco WebEx etc.
