Applications are invited online for filling up of position on a purely temporary basis, in the prescribed    proforma.   The    details of    the    Sponsored    Project under which engagement is proposed to be made is as under.

6. Minimum prescribed educational Qualifications : Master's Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/MVSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent

7. Desirable experience, if any : Familiarity with PEM based fuel cell technology including working knowledge of fuel cells, membrane electrode assembly, bipolar plates, gasketing materials. Added advantage will be knowledge of polymer materials, their processing and characterization methods and reasonable knowledge of literature/patent searching

8. Job requirement : To formulate polymer composites for Fuel Cell applications and carry out molding and testing of the formulated composite accompanied by report writing. To independently plan and perform polymer processing operations like melt compounding and molding of test specimens. To carry out thermal, mechanical and melt rheology analysis of the molded specimens. To participate in outside vendor trials for development of Fuel Cell materials.

9. Consolidated emoluments per month : (i) 31,000/- + HRA to Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship(Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.(ii) 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not

Selection Procedure

1. Shortlisted  candidates will be  required to  appear before the Selection Committee for  an online interview. For online interview URL link will be provided to shortlisted candidate later via email on or before 06/04/2022.

2. Interview will be conducted on 11/04/2022 from 10:00 AM  online through a suitable medium such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco WebEx etc.

3. No interview call letter will be issued separately. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing for the interview.  

4. Selected candidates will  have to join duty immediately on receipt of the offer of engagement
