Subject: Systematic Dissection Of Neem Limonoid Biosynthetic Pathway And Their Production Through Synthetic Biology
Applications are invited online for filling up of position on a purely temporary basis, in the prescribed proforma. The details of the Sponsored Project under which engagement is proposed to be made is as under
1. Position : Project Associate I
2. No of post : 02
3. Minimum prescribed educational Qualifications : Master's Degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology or equivalent with minimum 55% marks
4. Desirable experience, if any : Molecular biology, Bioinformatics and metabolic engineering.
5. Job requirement : Genome and transcriptome analysis, cloning and functional characterization of genes, product ratio studies and metabolic engineering.
6. Consolidated emoluments per month : (i) 31,000/- + HRA to Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship(Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.(ii) 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not

25000 - 31000(Per Month)
Age Limit: 35 Years
Selection Procedure
1. Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear before the Selection Committee for an interview before at Room No 210, Main building, CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory, Pune 411008. Shortlisted candidate will be informed via email on or before 25/04/2022
2. Interview will be conducted on 28/04/2022 from 10:00 AM onward.
3. No interview call letter will be issued separately. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing for the interview. Selected candidates will have to join duty immediately on receipt of the offer of engagement.
