Educational Qualification: Junior Special Education Teacher: 1. a) Graduate and Diploma in Special Education (MR) or equivalent with 2 years experience of working with children with mental retardation . OR b) B.Ed. in Special Education (MR) OR c) BRS(MR) with specialization in Special Education 2. RCI registration as personnel/professional in Special Education (MR). Assistant Professor: Two-year M.Phil in Clinical Psychology or Rehabilitation Psychology from reputed institutions such as NIMHANS, Bangalore, CIP Ranchi and NIMH, Secunderabad etc (or) Ph.D in Child/Experimental /Community/Social/Educat ional Psychology as per the requirement of the particular position available for recruitment. Information & Documentation Officer: 1. Degree of a recognized university. 2. Degree in Library science. 3. 10 years experience in a reasonable capacity in research institute or university. Lecturer: 1. Master’s in Social Work or M.A in Social Sciences or M.Ed in Special Education (Intellectual Disability/Mental Retardation)/ Masters in Disability Rehabilitation Administration (MDRA). 2. Diploma in vocational Rehabilitation (Intellectual Disability/Mental Retardation) or Diploma in Vocational Training and Employment (Intellectual Disabilities/Mental Retardation) recognized by RCI. 3. Two years’ experience of working in the field of Disability and Rehabilitation. 4. Should possess valid RCI certificate. Rehabilitation Therapist: Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Retardation/Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Therapy/Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Services (Mental Retardation) OR Postgraduate Diploma in Early Intervention OR Postgraduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology. Stenographer: 1. SSLC/Matriculation or equivalent examination 2. Typewriting (English) 40 W.P.M3. Shorthand (English) 100 W.P.M. Receptionist and Telephone Operator: 1. SSC/ Matriculation. 2. English Typewriting Lower Grade (30 w.p.m) 3. One year experience of operating electronic PABX telephone system.
