Educational Qualification:
i. Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from recognized University / Institution with two years’ experience in Finance and Accounts matters. Or Master’s Degree in Commerce from recognized University / Institution with one year experience in Finance and Accounts matters.
ii. Working Knowledge of Accounting Software.

INR

Age Limit: 27 years.
Application Fee:
The applicant shall be required to pay Application fee of Rs. 590/- (Application Fees Rs.500/- + GST @ 18% = Rs.90/-) through Demand Draft with the following conditions:
(i) Demand Draft for the requisite fee should be drawn in favour of “NIFT Kolkata” payable at Kolkata.
(ii) Applicant must write his/her name, address and post applied for on the back of the Demand Draft and must enclose the original Demand Draft with their application forms.
(iii) The fee once paid shall not be refunded or re-adjusted under any circumstances.
(iv) Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/ Women candidates and employees of NIFT (both regular & contract) are exempted from paying the Application fee.
How to Apply:
Application forms can be downloaded from NIFT Kolkata website (https://www.nift.ac.in/kolkata/careers). Applications, duly filled in the prescribed proforma, should be addressed to the Joint Director, National Institute of Fashion Technology, NIFT Campus, Block-LA, Plot-3B, Sector-III, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700106 and shall be submitted in a sealed envelope superscribed with “Application for the post of........”. Self Attested copies of relevant documents, certificates and testimonials as proof of Age/Date of Birth, Educational Qualifications, Caste, Experience, etc. should be attached with the application form. The Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘NIFT Kolkata’ payable at Kolkata should be attached with the application form. The demand draft should not be tagged or stapled but should be pinned or clipped at the top of the application form. Applicant should mention his/her name and the post applied for at the reverse of the DD.

Set up in 1986, NIFT is the pioneering institute of fashion education in the country and has been in the vanguard of providing professional human resource to the textile and apparel industry. It was made a statutory institute in 2006 by an Act of the Indian Parliament with the President of India as ‘Visitor’ and has full fledged campuses all across the country. Over the years NIFT has also been working as a knowledge service provider to the Union and State governments in the area of design development and positioning of handlooms and handicrafts.
