Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
- Candidates with or without a valid GATE/NET who have at least 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA in both UG and PG (GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL).
- For SC/ST/PwD candidates: minimum 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA in both UG and PG.
- OR Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology with a CGPA of at least 7.5/10 or 70% marks (GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL). For SC/ST/PwD candidates: minimum CGPA of 7.0/10 or 65%.
- B.Tech/B.E or equivalent degree in ECE and M.Tech/M.E in ECE or equivalent, OR B.Tech/B.E or equivalent degree in ECE.
- Desirable: Understanding of digital communication, probability theory, optimization, wireless communications, and experience with MATLAB or Python.
- Age limit: 35 years as on 13.11.2026. Relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PwD/EWS as per Government of India rules.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
