Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Superintendent: First Class Bachelor’s degree OR Master’s degree (min 50% marks) with computer application knowledge. Deputation: Analogous post or prescribed feeder-grade service.
- Technical Assistant: First Class B.E./B.Tech./MCA OR First Class Diploma in Engineering OR First Class Bachelor’s in Science OR Master’s in Science (min 50% marks). Deputation: Analogous post conditions apply.
- Technician (Selection Grade-II): Class 12 with Science (60% marks) OR Class 12 (50% marks) with 1+ year ITI OR Class 10 (60% marks) with 2-year ITI OR 3-year Diploma in Engineering. Must also meet experience/feeder-grade conditions for contractual/deputation routes.
- Technician: Class 12 with Science (60% marks) OR Class 12 (50% marks) with 1+ year ITI OR Class 10 (60% marks) with 2-year ITI OR 3-year Diploma in Engineering.
- Junior Assistant: Class 12 from a recognized board with typing speed ≥35 wpm and proficiency in computer word processing/spreadsheets.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process includes:
- Screening/Shortlisting: Applications will be screened. Based on Written Test marks, candidates up to 6 times the number of vacancies may be shortlisted for the Trade Test.
- Written Test: In the relevant field or trade.
- Trade Test: In the relevant specialization.
- Document Verification: For shortlisted candidates.
The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined performance in the Written Test and Trade Test. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.
