1. Position: Business Analyst

2. No of Post: 02

3. Skills, Qualifications & Experience - This role requires a candidate who is familiar with technology, and has excellent communication and client engagement skills.

a) B.Tech/BE/MCA and post-graduate qualification required; post-graduate degree in management preferred

b) 3-6 years of work experience, with track record of high achievement

c) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

d) Prior understanding of of micro-services, kubernetes and dockers

e) Demonstrated experience using various Project Management Tools.

f) Demonstrated experience in requirement-gathering & elicitation from clients

g) Demonstrated experience with documentation (User stories, BRD, FRD, Flow Diagram  etc.)

h) Ability to convert complex requirements into simple solutions & present the same to  technical teams

i) Proficiency with Databases (Postgres, RDBMS, SQL)

j) Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and maintain delivery standards

k) Ability to handle multiple stakeholders.

l) Prior exposure to the urban development sector (ideally in a central or state government project) strongly preferred.
