Educational Qualification: Any Post Graduate

City Investments to Innovate, Integrate and Sustain (CITIIS) is the main component of the Program, it intends to bring financial and technical support to 12 selected smart city projects across India. A specific call for projects was launched in order to select smart city projects that would benefit from the additional Government of India grant financed through a EUR 100 million loan from AFD and EUR 6 million grant from the European Union. 5. Skills and Qualifications: Post-graduate degree preferably in Urban Planning, Climate Change Management, Environmental Sciences, Public Policy or any related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in development projects implemented by national / international NGOs/ UN bodies/ Governments/ Bi-lateral agencies or Consulting firms.

a. Demonstrated experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection and analysis. Experience in dealing with Municipal Governments, Smart City SPVs or any other Government agencies in India. experience in developing qualitative reports in the development field. Strong inter-personal, oral and communication skills. Responds positively to critical feedback and differing points of view. Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities.

6. Remuneration: As par with the industry standards, depending on experience and skills and fitment with NIUA remuneration structures. Proof of past remuneration (last received salary/monthly contract payment) would be required.
