Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Site Engineer (Civil): Bachelor in Civil Engineering from recognized university (UGC/AICTE)
- Site Engineer (Electrical): Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from recognized university (UGC/AICTE)
- Sr. Associate (OS)-Finance: CA/CMA/MBA (Fin.)/ PG in relevant discipline, minimum two-years duration
- Sr. Associate (OS)-HR: MBA (HR)/Post Graduate in HR, minimum two-years duration
- Sr. Associate (OS)-Law: Full-time Three years LLB or Five years integrated Law
- Sr. Associate (OS)-IT: MCA / B. Tech. (CSE/IT)
- Jr. Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years regular course)
- Assistant (OS): Graduate in any discipline with typing speed 50 W.P.M.
- Assistant (OS)-Finance: B.Com
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection will be made through a Personal Interview or any other appropriate way decided by NPCC. Medical fitness examination by an approved Government hospital/medical board prior to appointment. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
