VACANCY NOTICE (No.28/2022)

1. Position: Labour Welfare Executive

2. No of Post: 02

3. Pay Scale/ Level: Rs. 40000-140000 (E1)

4. Nature of Employment: Deputation

5. Emoluments & Place of Posting: The pay and allowances for deputation shall be regulated as per the DoPT rules. In addition, the Corporation offers Lease, Transport, Medical, Laptop/ Mobile handset/ Electricity/ Phone charges, subject to limits and other allowances as per Corporation’s policy. The job is transferable, and the selected candidates can be posted/ transferred to any of the office/ workplace of NCRTC during the course of their service.

6. Term of Service: Normal term of deputation, but the period of deputation will in no case exceed 05 (Five) years.

7. Residential Accommodation: NCRTC will be providing company/ Leased Accommodation as per entitlement to the officer who joins NCRTC on deputation. Officers occupying GPRA will be governed in terms of MoUD’s letter No. O.M. No. 12035/14/92-Pol.II dated 11.10.2000.

8. Exemption from the Rule of Permanent Absorption: DoPT vide its OM No. AB.14017/86/2007/-Estt. (RR) dated 16.01.2008 has granted exemption for deputationist Officers joining Joint Sector companies, set up for Metro Projects, from the rule of permanent absorption so long as they are in “construction mode”. MoHUA has extended these instructions for NCRTC also vide its letter No. K-14011/17/2016-MRTC-1 dated 03.01.2017.

9. Qualification: Graduate and Diploma/ Degree in Labour Welfare/ Social Welfare/ Social Work. or Graduate and Diploma in Labour Laws or Labour laws as a subject in Post Graduation

10. Experience: Min. 3 year post qualification experience as Labour Welfare Executive in a Govt. Organization/ PSUs. Experience in Railways/ Metro Rail organizations is preferred.

11. Responsibilities i.e. Key deliverables for the Post Experience: Monitoring of Compliances of Labour Laws. Timely submission of Annual Reports

12. Pay Scale: Candidates working with Govt. org./ PSUs/ Metro Rail Corporation

a) CDA Scales - In pay-scale Rs. Rs.47600-151100 (L8)

b) IDA Scales - In pay-scale Rs.40000-140000 (E1) Or 3 years in pay scale of Rs. 30000- 120000 (E0)

Selection Procedure
