Skills / Eligibility
NCRTC invites applications from experienced persons for asset maintenance and management in its Rapid Rail Transit System, on contract basis. The detail of the post is given below: 1. Name of the post: Asset Management Expert (Contract basis) 2. Number of posts: 01(one) 3. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent in Computer Science/ Information Technology 4. Eligibility: Should be working/ have worked in CDA pay-scale Rs.78800-209200 (L12)/ IDA Pay-scale Rs.70000-200000(E4), or, Should be working for last 3 years in CDA pay-scale Rs. 67700-208700 (L-11)/ IDA Pay-scale Rs. 60000-180000 (E3) or, In a reputed private sector company with pay-package of minimum Rs.21.80 lakh per annum. 5. Experience: Should have minimum 15 years’ post qualification experience. Out of the above, 5 years’ experience of application management of Enterprise asset management in modern rail-based mass transit system. Hands on experience of implementation of enterprise asset management system, database management, data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI. 6. Remuneration: CTC Approx. Rs.27.75 Lakh per annum, all inclusive. 7. Term of employment: Initial term of contract 3 years, extendable up-to 5 years. Terminable at three months’ notice from either side. 8. Term Of Contract: Initial term of contract will be of 3 (Three) years, which may be extended as per the requirement of the project, subject to the performance of the contractual employee. Services of the contract employee may be terminated at any time giving one month’s notice or payment in lieu of notice, without assigning any reason. 9. No. NCRTC/HR/Rectt.-Cont. /61/2021

Selection Procedure
(a) Eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility criteria i.e. experience, desirable qualification etc. and will be called for interview.
(b) Management may relax any of the condition/s, in accordance to the response to meet the requirement.
