Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Director (Contract): A Master's degree with First or Higher Second Class from a recognized university in Education/Distance Education/Social Science/Languages, with a Ph.D. degree, NET/SET qualification, minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers, and minimum of ten years of teaching experience in a university/college and/or research experience.
• Temporary Assistant Professor (Contract): A Master's degree with 55% marks in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian university, with clearance of National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/CSIR or a similar test accredited by UGC, SET, or Ph.D. degree.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process will be based on screening of applications and a direct interview. If the number of candidates exceeds 30 for any post, a screening written test may be conducted. Candidates will be selected based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance. No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid for attending the selection process.
