Educational Qualification:
S-2/05-Deputy Dairy Development Officer: Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Technology OR Diploma in Dairy Science OR Uttar Pradesh Dairy Development qualifications; 5 years experience of Co-operative Milk Scheme or Milk Product plants (if no B.Tech in Dairy Tech); Working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script.

S-2/06-Joint Director (Evaluation): Candidates should have Post-graduate degree (48% aggregate) in Business Administration / Agricultural Economics / Agronomy / Economics / Econometrics / Mathematical Statistics / Cultural Anthropology / Agriculture or Engineering with at least 10 years experience of programme evaluation. Preference for Doctorate or PG in Engineering with project formulation experience.

S-10/04 - Deputy Secretary (IT): Candidates should have M.E/M.Tech, in Computer Science and Engineering/Information Technology from a recognized University/Institution with 12 years experience in Database Management/ Data Processing.

S-2/07-Deputy Director: Candidates should have Post-graduate degree in Human Geography / Statistics / Economics / Sociology / Business Management / Industrial Engineering / Public Administration with 5 years research/training experience.

S-3/06-Assistant Archaeological Officer: Candidates should have Second Class Master’s in Ancient Indian History, Culture & Archaeology or Indian Medieval History with diploma in archaeology OR two years field experience in archaeological exploration/excavation approved by ASI.

About Public Service Commission Uttar Pradesh

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) is a state-level government agency responsible for conducting civil services examinations and recruiting candidates for various administrative positions within the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.

The commission was established on April 1, 1937, and is headquartered in the city of Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad). Its primary role is to conduct competitive exams for various positions such as Provincial Civil Services (PCS), Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services, Assistant Conservator of Forest, Range Forest Officer, etc.

The UPPSC also advises the state government on matters related to recruitment, promotion, and disciplinary actions of government employees. The commission is headed by a chairman and a team of members who are appointed by the governor of Uttar Pradesh.
