Statistics Officer, Assistant Geologist

Number of Vacancy: 06 Posts

Educational Qualification: Assistant Geologist: Master's degree in Geology or Applied Geology from a University established by law in India or Diploma from Indian School of Mines & Applied Geology Dhanbad in Applied Geology with at least 50 percent marks in the aggregate. Statistics Officer: (i) Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics or Mathematical Statistics Or Commerce or Economics Or Statistics with at least 55% marks from a University Established by Law in India or a qualification recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto, or Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Statistics from an Institute recognised by the Government. (ii) Knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri script.

Pay Scale: INR 56100-177500/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.

Selection Procedure: Minimum educational qualification is not sufficient for being called for interview. Mere eligibility does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview or for selection. Intimation for interview will be sent later on.

Application Fee: For Unreserved/ Economically Weaker Sections/ Other Backward Classes: Application fee Rs. 80/- + On-line process fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 105/-. For Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes: Application fee Rs. 40/-+ On-line process fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 65/-. For Disabled Category: Application fee NIL/- + On-line process fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 25/-. For Ex-Servicemen: Application fee Rs. 40/- + On-line process fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 65/-.
