- Operational Manager–Health Insurance:
- MBA in Healthcare or Master's degree in Health from a regular university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing a Government Health Insurance Programme.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Functional computer literacy (MS Office and internet portals).
- Floor Co-ordinator:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Government Health Programme or Health Insurance programme in a managerial capacity.
- Minimum 1-year certificate course in Computer Operation.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ayushman Mitra:
- Completed Class 12 from a recognized Board of Education.
- Six-month Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) certificate.
- Experience certificate as Arogya Mitra will be given preference.
- Computer literacy (MS Office and internet portals).
Age Limit & Relaxation
