Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Senior Executive (Tech.) Lead Verifier (L-5):
- Qualification: As per BEE Regulations, 2010 or B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.
- Experience: 13 years post-qualification experience.
- Certification: Accredited Energy Auditor by BEE and Lead Verifier for ISO 14064-1/2/3.
- Deputy Executive (Tech.) (L-3):
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or Computer Science (60% marks).
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in relevant domain (Distribution, Renewable Energy, Transmission).
- Assistant Executive (Tech.) (L-2):
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline (60% marks).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in power sector development/planning.
- Assistant Executive (Fin.) (L-2):
- Qualification: CA/CMA or MBA in Finance (60% marks).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in corporate accounts, taxation, or treasury management.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST (+5 Years), OBC-NCL (+3 Years), PwBD (+10 Years).
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Shortlisting: Based on a 100-mark scoring matrix (Qualification, Higher Degree, Experience).
- Interview: Personal Interview held at RECPDCL Corporate Office or Online.
