Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
The eligibility criteria are uniform for all four subject services:
- Master's Degree with 55% Marks in the relevant subject (50% for SC/ST candidates).
- Candidates must have cleared NET/SET/SLET. Candidates awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009 or 2016 are exempted from NET/SET/SLET.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Ph.D. Qualification and possessing Teaching Experience.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process involves the following stages:
- Application Scrutiny: Applications are scrutinised based on educational qualifications. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
- Demonstration & Interview: Shortlisted candidates will give a demo teaching session and attend an interview. The date will be announced later.
- Rule of Reservation: The appointment strictly follows the Roster Points (Rule of Reservation) as mentioned in the vacancy table. The candidate scoring high marks will be considered for appointment.
