a) School of Planning and Architecture is Institution under administrative control of Ministry of Education. Government of India. Applications are invited for the engagement of Consultant (Internal Audit) on contractual basis for a period of one year.

b) The person retired from group A/B post in organized Accounts/Audit Cadre from Government Sector/autonomous bodies undertakings universities below 63 years age having adequate experience in controlling and handling accounts, finance matter, and internal audit, tendering, procurement, reply of Audit Paras etc. will be eligible for the position of Consultant. Preference shall be given to person's who have worked in University/Higher Education Institution of Government of India /State Government.

1. Position: Consultant

2. Remuneration: The monthly consolidated remuneration will be paid Rs.40,000/-P.M (Group A) or Rs.30,000/- (Group B) candidate. The consultant shall not be entitled to any allowance such as DA, transport facility, residential accommodation, CGHS Medical facility, Medical reimbursement etc.

3. Tax Deduction at Source: The Income Tax or any other tax will be deducted at source as per Government instruction. Necessary TDS Certificate will be issued to them.

4. Termination of Agreement: The School may terminate the contract to which these terms apply, if: The consultant is unable to address to the assigned work. Quality of the assigned work is not to Officer/Competent Authority in the School The Consultant is found lacking in honesty and integrity. the satisfaction of the Controlling
