Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Written Test (50 Marks): Mandatory screening test for all applicants.
2. Skill Test (50 Marks): For candidates qualifying the written test.
3. Minimum Qualifying Marks: General 40% (Written) / 40% (Skill) / 50% (Cumulative). Reserved (DSC/OSC/BCA/BCB/PwBD): 38% (Written) / 38% (Skill) / 47.5% (Cumulative).
4. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates are called for eligibility verification by the Screening Committee.

No TA/DA is paid for attending the Written Test, Skill Test, or Document Verification.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Self-attested certificates and testimonials must be uploaded with page numbers.
• Experience certificates must state period, designation, and pay with supporting financial proof (Form 16, Pay Slips, PF Statement).
• Schedule Caste certificates must strictly follow Haryana Govt. Notification no. 22/163/2024-5HR-III dated 13.11.2024.
• EWS certificates must be issued after 31.03.2026 and valid for 2026-27.
• BCA/BCB certificates must be dated within 6 months of the last date and confirm non-creamy layer status.
• ESM/DESM candidates need a fresh certificate from the Zila Sainik Board.
• Women's reservation certificates must be from the parental side; in-laws' side certificates are not accepted.
• A separate application and fee are required for each post applied for.
• Government/PSU employees must apply through proper channel with NOC (Annexure-C).
