Educational Qualification: M.Sc
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for one position of Junior Research Fellow under the NMHS- PMU, GBPNIHESD funded research project entitled "Revival of Kala Zeera cultivation through germplasm conservation and local community-based approaches under tribal area conditions of Gurez valley" The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project and the appointee shall have no claim for his absorption in SKUAST-Kashmir.

3. Essential Qualification: M.Sc. Agriculture in a. Genetics & Plant Breeding with NET or b. Plant Biotechnology with NET
4. Preference: Preference shall be given to the candidate with experience in Plant Molecular Markers/ DNA Fingerprinting/ Molecular Breeding Note: Non-NET candidates shall be considered only if candidates with NET are not available
5. Emoluments (INR) per month :
a) Candidates with NET INR 31,000/- (Consolidated) Plus HRA (if applicable)
b) Non-NET candidates as per the provisions of the funding agency
Pay Scale:
INR

Age Limit: 18-37 Years
Selection Procedure
Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview

Applications along with supporting documents may be submitted to the undersigned upto 14th of March (Monday) 4.00 PM. The interview of eligible candidates shall be held on 17th of March, 2022 (Thursday) in the office of Dean, Faculty of Agriculture, Wadura. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
