Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- General Manager (Paper): First Class Full Time B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology/Pulp and Paper Technology or Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology; minimum 29 years post-qualification experience in a large continuous process plant.
- Deputy General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA); minimum 26 years post-qualification experience.
- Assistant General Manager (Tissue Machine Production): First Class Full Time B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology/Pulp and Paper Technology or related degrees; minimum 23 years post-qualification experience in a high speed Tissue Paper plant.
- Deputy Manager (Tissue Machine Production): Same qualifications as Assistant General Manager; minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in a high speed Tissue Paper plant.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection is based on document verification and direct interview; no written test is conducted unless the number of applicants exceeds 30, in which case a screening test may be held. No TA/DA will be paid for travel or stay.
