Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Post Name: Senior Research Associate (01 Vacancy)
• Educational Qualification: A Master's degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Development Studies, Education, Management, or another relevant discipline from a recognised university.
• Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in research or academic project coordination. Experience in higher education or research institutions is preferred.
• Preferred Skills: Preference for candidates holding a PhD or advanced doctoral-level research experience.
• Core Competencies: Strong research, analytical, and academic writing skills; proficiency in English; project coordination, planning, and organisational skills; proficiency in MS Office, data management tools, and digital collaboration platforms.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Screening & Shortlisting: Applications will be screened and shortlisted. Possessing the prescribed qualification and experience does not guarantee an interview call.
2. Personal Interaction (Interview): Shortlisted candidates will be notified via e-mail to attend a Personal Interaction interview at TISS, Mumbai.
3. Document Verification: Verification of original documents will be conducted during the Personal Interview.

Note: No TA/DA (Travel and Daily Allowance) will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.
