Educational Qualification:
(a) Must possess a minimum qualification of a Diploma in D.C.E. / L.C.E. / L.A.A., awarded by the State Board of Technical Education. OR
(b) Degree in B. Arch. or B.E. / B. Tech (Civil) or B. Planning / B.Tech (Planning) from a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act, or Provincial Act, recognized by the University Grants Commission. OR
(c) Any other equivalent qualification to the qualification under (a) & (b) above as prescribed by the government from time to time and shall be enunciated by the Government thereto.

Application Fee:
i) Application Processing Fee:- Each applicant must pay Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) towards Online Application Processing Fee.
ii) Examination Fee:- The applicants have to pay RS. 80/- (Rupees Eighty Only) towards Examination Fee. However,
a) All unemployees are exempted from payment of examination fee, and
b) All Employees of any Government (Central / State / PSUs / Corporations / Other Government sectors) have to pay the prescribed examination fee.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Town Planning Building Overseer in TSPSC.
